Mr. Kent has over 28 years experience in planning including every aspect of municipal planning, public participation, urban design, program management, site planning, permitting, environmental review procedures, facilities' master planning, programming educational facilities, existing conditions and facilities analysis, and preparation of design guidelines to direct future development.
